Go deeper with each Mindful Glimpse and get fine-tuned guidance from Loch in this 6-session LIVE online course.

For 6 consecutive weeks, Loch will offer weekly in-depth nondual mindfulness workshops featuring short eyes-open micro-meditations he calls Mindful Glimpses. Each 2-hour session will introduce 2 or 3 Mindful Glimpse practices and will provide opportunities to ask Loch questions and to fine-tune your practice.

Live sessions will be held via Zoom and recordings will be available.

Tuesdays: Sept 21, Sept 28, Oct 5, Oct 12, Oct 19, Oct 26

1:00pm to 3:00pm EDT

Optional peer groups meet weekly.

What is Nondual Mindfulness?

Nondual mindfulness offers a way of immediately shifting out of our chattering mind and into a deeply calm and loving open mind that is already within and around us. A short, initial effort is made to glimpse this and then we become aware from a new wiser operating system. Many people have already experienced nondual mindfulness without knowing it when we enter a “flow state” or feel “in the zone.” 1000’s report this shift can be done in minutes with eyes open with amazing results.
